ZZVP series self-operated micro-pressure control valve

It is composed of actuator, regulating valve, pressure taking the pipe and other parts.

Self-operated micro-pressure control valve (referred to as micro-pressure-valve), is not required any external energy, using the energy of the medium to achieve automatic adjustment of the actuator products.This product USES the balanced single seat valve quick opening flow characteristic adjustment mechanism, the control medium pressure is stable, and the adjustment precision is high, used for the micro pressure control, the sealing performance is safe and reliable, during the movement may carry on the adjustment to the set value arbitrarily and so on the characteristic.Therefore, it is suitable for all kinds of industrial furnace combustion system fuel gas, oil in process or oil storage tank protection gas and heat treatment protection gas micro pressure automatic adjustment and so on.

The micro-pressure valve is mainly composed of two parts: the testing actuator and the regulating mechanism. Its structure and principle are shown in above figure.

The medium enters the valve body from the arrow direction and is output after throttling the valve core and seat. The other way enters the diaphragm chamber of the testing mechanism through the connecting pipe, and acts on the diaphragm to make the valve core displace correspondingly, so as to achieve the purpose of automatic flow control. If the output pressure rises, the force acting on the diaphragm increases, the compression spring drives the stem, which reduces the flow area between the seat and the spool until the pressure after the valve drops to the set value.

Similarly, when the output pressure decreases, the force acting on the diaphragm decreases. Because of the reaction force of the spring, the valve stem is pushed forward, so that the flow area between the seat and the spool increases until the pressure behind the valve rises to the set value, which can be achieved through the adjustment of the spring.
